Technical Writing3D Printer Product Kit and Instructor Led Training
Wrote and designed the technical product kit for MakerGear's M3 Independent Dual 3D printer, translating dense engineering specifications into clear, audience-appropriate documentation.
The kit required writing at two very different tones within a single document: benefit-driven, plain-language copy for prospective buyers evaluating the product, and precise, structured technical specifications for engineers and technical buyers. Moving fluidly between these tones in one cohesive document was the core technical writing challenge.
I then took this same technical content into live instruction, teaching the concepts directly to educators and students with little to no 3D printing background, requiring me to further adapt already-simplified written material into real-time, hands-on explanations for complete beginners.
Target Audience: Prospective business and professional buyers evaluating technical specifications, alongside educators and students with varying (often minimal) technical background.
