AI LiteracyAI Upskilling: Document Intelligence and Analysis Training Module
I designed a hands-on training module teaching a Fortune 500 company’s employees to use AI (using the company’s proprietary "Chat with Documents" workspace) for document analysis and comparison tasks.
The course builds two core skills: evaluating document readiness (quality, access, and risk/compliance considerations for sensitive or protected data) and structuring an effective prompt using a replicable framework.
Part of the course includes a case study where learners apply both skills in a partner exercise, comparing two versions of a company HR policy to identify what changed and produce a structured change log. Their analysis is organized by the employee group impacted by the changes to mirror a real-world business analysis task.
Target Audience: Team leaders and individual contributors at a Fortune 500 company.
Approach: Half-day virtual instructor led training, created with with deck, instructor notes, pacing guide, and supplemental participant resources.
