Training Video

Training Video: IHOP X Addams Family

An end-to-end training video I produced for IHOP, introducing team members to the Wednesday’s Webcakes menu item and the recipe, assembly, or service steps needed to prepare it correctly.

I owned the project from concept to delivery: planning the training objectives and structure, writing the full script, directing the shoot (talent, pacing, shot list), and supervising post-production (editing, graphics, pacing) to ensure the final video matched the training goals and brand tone.

In my role as an instructional designer, I was responsible for creating 7-10 training videos for both back-of-house and front-of-house (in both English and Spanish) for each of the 9 new menu and LTO launches the brand delivered annually.

Also shown are two job aids I produced in InDesign for display at 1,750 IHOP restaurants.

Target Audience: 30K+ restaurant-level team members and kitchen staff learning to prepare a new seasonal menu item.
