E-Learning Assessments Storyline E-Learning Quiz Reel
I created employee e-Learning assessments for 9 national menu and Limited-Time-Offer (LTO) launches annually, focused on preparing team members for real guest interactions before they happened on the floor.
Rather than testing rote memorization, I designed questions simulating the actual guest-facing moments employees would encounter: a guest asking about an allergen, a server needing to describe a new dish, how to garnish or plate an order, so learners could practice the skills they'd need on shift, not just recall facts.
I also treated feedback as a second teaching moment: right or wrong, each answer included a brief explanation reinforcing the "why" behind it, so the assessment itself became a learning tool rather than just a checkpoint.
To keep repeat learners engaged across 9 launches a year, I varied question formats and tone rather than defaulting to standard multiple-choice, incorporating playful formats to make routine compliance-style training feel more like a game than a test.
Target Audience: 30K+ frontline restaurant staff (servers, cooks, cashiers) completing recurring, high-frequency training across a national restaurant chain.
